I think that I am Pineapple Upside Down done!
My friend Jodi made the most delish PUDC. I usualy hate anything pineapple, it is to sweet for me, but I watched her make it and had a small piece it was so good. Of course my wheels turn wondering how to turn it into my own, and here it is. I had a good day. I got my first Birthday gift today and a new pan!!!!

Yummmmy!! OMGosh...those look delicous. You did a beautiful job...I know everyone is going to enjoy them. We expect some of those when we come to Knoxville. LOL! Happy Thanksgiving...love you!!
I don't think I have ever had pineapple upside down cake, but it looks great!
